Let’s enjoy soba together!

In accordance to the weather that changes every day and every moment, all living beings find happines in that very moment.

Soba that grows from the same field is different every year.

Long time ago, I ‘ve been putting great effort, to prepare the same soba everyday, but now I’ve given it up.

Soba lives it’s own life just as I do.

I find pleasure in soba everyday.

Guest, who are eating soba, are also living beings.

If soba is to Guest`s liking, we will all be thankfull for given health.

I`m continuing to prepare tasteful meals for everyone in concern for your health.

I  will be thankful for your comments and opinions.

Honest one`s make me happy the most.
